A vitamin D deficit seems to make a lot of sense given not just the test result but also time of year. We naturally make far less vitamin D when summer turns to winter. I myself take 10,000 IU a day.

Viagra 50mg makes me really really hard, which is great. But it gives me a headache and makes everything feel like it is pulsing, which isn't great. Wondering if Cialis is better in this regard?

I'm not having many issues currently after taking supplements for a while. But Viagra worked great for me the 1 time I did take it. I don't think I've ever taken the full 20 mg Cialis dose, but the 5 and 10 mg doses didn't seem to really make a noticeable difference.

Just a note on the side effects of Viagra and Cialis. When I started on ED drugs I would experience heart burn and a dull head ache. Now I take a naproxin (Alieve) as well as Zantac along with the ED drug and do not have the side effects. I read elsewhere that drinking a glass of water with the ED drug will help alleviate the symptoms.

I am familiar with the Viagra/Cialis headache. I used to use either 50mg Viagra or 20mg Cialis. I preferred the Viagra because the headache would be gone by morning but the Cialis headache would last much longer.

For the past few years I've been using 5mg Cialis Daily. It is prescribed to treat my BPH symptoms and for this I think it is working well and my insurance covers it minus my $40 per month copay. It doesn't give me any noticible side effects or headaches.

5mg Cialis works well when taken daily, but I doubt it would do much if only taken as needed.
