Have any members tried the supplements Amberen or Estroven? Were either successful in treating menopausal symptoms?

I was taking Estroven for a while specifically to help me with sleep issues. I didn't notice that it helped with other symptoms, but I was generall better rested.

I have taken estroven or the wally world store version of it... and it helped for about a year with hot flashes and other symptoms... I am now on Maca and like it much better.. the estroven DID work but I started to get bad clotting after about a year and pain in my legs increased a lot!! So after switching to the maca I am good...
