Does anyone use an App to track their periods/ menopause symptoms. I have been using period tracker and i am wondering if there if anything better out there?

Not menopause, but i use a tracking app for my cycles since we currently avoid pregnancy using the fertility awareness method. I use fertility friend. You can record symptoms there. I've heard an even better app is Kindara, although i am so used to fertility friend that Kindara confuses me, but it's very detailed. You can record tons of symptoms on that app.

If you don't mind me asking- what sort of symptoms have you been experiencing?
