Re: Problems from Cialis?
I'm pretty sure we'll be switching to the drops soon. His dr. handed him 2 months worth of 5mg Cialis samples last visit, but took him off testosterone injections for now. Supposedly all his labs came back within normal limits - although until I see the numbers for myself I wonder. Sadly, my DH seems to think as long as he's got the little magic pills, he doesn't need to worry as much about his health issues that are related to his ED and low T.

Re: Problems from Cialis?
Mom210 or anyone else who was posting in this thread, are you still having success with the drops? We are once again without resources because temporarily we're on Medicaid now, and they have denied paying for Cialis, saying it's not a covered usage of the drug (we are contacting the dr. to find out what diagnosis code he did send in).
In the meantime, I thought of this thread and maybe it would be a good idea to see what is going on currently with folks.

Yes they are working great and the fact that they are so reasonably priced is an awesome bonus!

Re: Problems from Cialis?
Ours came!! Now we have to figure out the dosage. He was taking, and having good erection results with the daily use 5 mg Cialis. I see that the dosage is per ml with the peptides, so we are working that out.
ETA: read upthread how others figure the dose. What he took last night worked.

Good evening,
I have not been on here for a VERY long time, but felt compelled to come on and then hit this part of TMB.
I just want to say a couple of things about Cialis (yes I am of that age where sometimes I need a little assistance):
1) Cialis tends to stay in the body for a very long time relative to Viagra and Levitra (both of which wear off in 4 - 6 hours).
2) Because of (1) taking Cialis daily results in a supply in the body equal to 1.6 times the individual dose. So, taking the 5mg Cialis daily results in you having an 8mg dose in your body (very close to that middle 10 mg tablet that is the recommended starting point).
3) It takes about a week of daily Cialis to hit the maximum concentration in the body, but the build-up is mostly through day 3 - 4 (I was curious and actually made an Excel spreadsheet to figure all this out - such a geek am I). So to the person who said that they get ill on the fourth consecutive day, this might be why.
The dosage noted above equates to taking a 25 mg dose with no drug in the body. That is a lot (the biggest dose sold for ED is 20 mg).
Hope this helps.
Always grateful for the opportunity...

Would Viagra or Levitra be more appropriate for him (wearing off after 4 - 6 hours rather than lasting a weekend)?

Re: Problems from Cialis?
I know this is an older thread, i found out about peptides from another thread but it might be more appropriate to ask questions on this specific thread, i guess.
The liquid peptides, is this actually liquid Tadalafil?
And those that are taking this, are you taking DAILY? And what dosage again, exactly? (sorry--brain fog) Also do you take it within a specific time before IC is anticipated?
H has taken (generic) Viagra as needed, not the daily if there is one, and it's okay... he doesn't like the S/E's and it's difficult to gauge just exactly when it's going to work.
Has anyone noticed any BPH/frequent urination benefits? H is on a med specifically for BPH and he hates the stuffy/runny nose associated with it. I am wondering if liquid peptide product has the same treatment effect (Tadalafil daily is also used for BPH) as Tadalafil?

Re: Problems from Cialis?
I take about 5mg of Tadalafil daily. I've never been diagnosed with BPH but it has helped my urine flow.
I use generic cialis and viagra from Canada. Never tried the peptides. Do an internet search and you'll find blogs and forums on the various peptides and which ones are effective.

Yes.

It's not an exact dosage since you are using drops. My husband uses about 3-5 drops per day most days which calculates out to approx. 5-20 mg of tadalafil. I think he usually sticks with 3 drops.
AFAIK, Viagra is an "on the spot" type medication and doesn't work exactly like Cialis which can be taken each day and does NOT result in spontaneous erections.

My husband says yes. This is a big plus for him.

The peptides don't seem to cause any side effects that we have noticed.

TY so much, i am so excited to try this on him, esp if he can get off of Flomax which really makes his nose stuffy.
I'll try 3 drops per day and see how it goes.

Re: Problems from Cialis?
I use 5mg Cialis Daily for BPH and ED. Insurance covers it for BPH. I think it helps with urinary symptoms but it isn’t dramatic. I couldn’t tolerate flomax.

Yay! i just ordered it from maximpeptide. Probably get here in a few days. He has moderate ED, enough for some penetration but can get lost pretty easily

I took him off Flomax to see how he FEELS without it. I do know it gives him a bad stuffy nose and he already has sinus problems to begin with. I don't know what other bad S/E's that Flomax can give so i'm giving him a trial w/o it. If he needs it, he can always go back on it but i really hope these drops bless him in every department.
Does your H take them on empty stomach? Hold them under the tongue (like homeopathics)? Take at same time daily?
I'm wondering how fast the ED relief is? He'll obviously be dosing daily, dose it have a cumulative effect or pretty much you'll know soon what dosage is right or if it won't work?
Thanks

Re: Problems from Cialis?
He puts them under his tongue. He takes the drops daily I think but in the evening as a rule, after dinner or around bedtime.
You'll probably know immediately. It only took one tablet for my DH to see the effects, and only one dose of the peptide, too.

Re: Problems from Cialis?
That's very encouraging! I did order and got a receipt but no shipping info, i emailed them with their contact link and no reply. I'm hoping everything goes well, kind of feels iffy ordering from them but it is the link provided here on TMB.
I'm wondering how long it would take to get here, i have no idea where they're located or how fast they ship, i'm in WA state. Can't wait to try and hopefully have a good report.

Re: Problems from Cialis?
I don't know if this is the right thread or the Citrulline thread but maybe someone has an answer.
Getting the peptides tomorrow (generic cialis) and H is taking Citrulline, i think there's some contraindication, would there be with the peptides??

Re: Problems from Cialis?
I just did a search for problems combining the two and don't see any red flags, but as with anything you might want to consult a doctor. Of course, now that you've "gone off the ranch" using the peptide tadalafil, that will raise questions from a physician who might want to know what you're doing. I would recommend doing your own google search thoroughly and see what others who have actually done it, would say.

Re: Problems from Cialis?
Well, we got the peptides and i'm giving him 5 drops under the tongue.
he took it for a few days before we were able to have sex and i must say, his erection was harder than it has been in quite a while, although it could improve but it was noticeable. And i think it's helping his BPH, also.
I'm upping it a couple drops to see what happens. I do know that others have said they use 15 drops or more, i don't think that's necessary in his case but i'll see what 7 drops will do, so far i don't see any S/E's and i'm grateful for the info and finding out about the Tadalafil peptides, as he was unhappy w/the generic Viagra and didn't get satisfactory results with it, anyway.
I'll peruse Citrulline/Tadalafil peptides more, i did find some info on it but need more research.
